Payment Policy

• 
  

  • 50% of the land package cost is payable at the time of booking confirmation.

  
  

  • The remaining 50% of the land package cost must be paid at least 30 days prior to the departure date.

  
  

  • 100% payment for Airfare, Visa, Travel Insurance, and any other third-party services (if applicable) is required at the time of booking.

  
  

  • Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of the applicable advance payment and service availability.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

All the rates quoted are net & non-commissionable.

All our rates are based on the standard check-in and check-out time of hotels and any early check-in or late check-out will be purely subject to availability and at the hotels discretion. (Normal Hotel check-in time: 1400 hrs. onwards. & check-out time 1200 Noon.

Kindly note that names of hotels mentioned in the package only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it does not mean that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you.

In the event of accommodation not becoming available at any of the above-mentioned hotels we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar hotel.

Our rates are based on the base category of rooms in all the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise)

During check-in at the hotels, guests are required to submit their Credit Card details at the reception for incidentals (This is standard hotel policy)

Non-AC rooms will be provided and all the sightseeing will be done in Non-AC vehicles in the hilly areas.

Vehicle will remain available as per the itinerary only and in case of extra running supplement cost will be applicable.

Tours and excursions are subject to weather conditions.

Therewillbeanadditionalcostforanentiretransferbetween 23:00 hrs.-07:00hrs. (unless specified in the package)

All current taxes have been included while quoting. Any increase in the existing tax structure, fuel hike, and additional Government levies will be charged extra.

Our Team will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as accidents, injuries, delayed flights, or an act of force majeure.

If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday

We do plan the arrangements. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we will keep our clients informed about those changes.
